All signalling encrypted via SIP over TLS, all audio encrypted via SRTP. Endpoint-to-endpoint where both sides support it (every VoiceCloud handset + app does). Not a tickbox — actually enforced.
Anti-fraud + premium-rate blocking
Per-extension call-velocity limits (catches the compromised-credentials toll-fraud weekend), destination blocking by country code, premium-rate prefix blacklists you opt out of explicitly. Suspicious activity pages on-call automatically.
Failover routing
If the primary route to a number is down, calls automatically reroute via a secondary path. No silent failures — the team sees the alert in the wallboard, customers see no interruption.
Privacy filters
Anonymous-call protection, withhold-CLI per outbound call, per-extension privacy rules (e.g. agent's mobile never displayed). Useful for legal-aid intake, GP triage, journalism.
