Honest pricing
The number on the page is the number on the bill. No CPI+3.9% baked into the contract. Any mid-contract change comes with 30 days' notice in plain English and the right to exit penalty-free.

We do the breaking up
Switching to us shouldn't mean phone calls and arguments. One Touch Switch (Ofcom 2024) is built into our order flow — we tell your old provider, they have to accept it, the cutover happens on the agreed day.
Multi-network full fibre
We don't bet on one carrier. Openreach, CityFibre, Netomnia, FreedomFibre, LCR Connect — whichever has the strongest line at your address is what you get. That's how you actually deliver speed, not by marketing it.
Stay in control
You can leave whenever you want. Most plans are 30-day rolling. We won't auto-migrate copper customers to fibre without asking. Notify-me lists for waitlists and contract-end reminders are free and zero-commitment.
Speeds you'll actually get
We publish realistic minimums, not just headline maxes. If your line underperforms, raise it as a fault — we'd rather fix it than dodge it.
