Netomnia is a relatively new altnet — built from scratch from 2020 onwards. That means a modern PON spec, modern kit, and a coverage map built for towns Openreach was late to upgrade.

Netomnia is a Layer-2 wholesale network — we (Giant) sell the service, Netomnia provides the fibre. You get our support + our SLA, on their physical infrastructure.
Netomnia's network is new — no creaking copper underneath, no legacy DSL contention shaping. The physical layer is the most modern fibre in the towns it serves.
Symmetric means upload = download. Most businesses don't realise their Openreach FTTP gives them 115Mbps upload on a 1Gb plan; on Netomnia, 1Gb is 1Gb both ways. Netomnia targets towns where Openreach FTTP rolled out late or patchily, and the footprint changes as the build extends. We don't publish a town list that goes stale — availability is checked live at the address. Drop in a postcode and we'll tell you straight away whether your site is in-stock, in-build, or not yet reached.
Not in the Netomnia footprint? The build plan keeps extending — your patch might be in survey or build. Ask us with your postcode; if Netomnia isn't building there, we'll quote the best Openreach FTTP / leased-line alternative instead.
