Coming soon — Giant Mobile. Same freedom, better deal.
Property · Landlords + Letting Agents

Tenants choose buildings with
broadband already in the wall.

Wire your buildings once. Let tenants self-serve their broadband, mobile, and TV the day they get the keys. Letting agents — partner with us and we'll install + activate on agreed lets before the tenant arrives. No engineer visits on move-in day, no chasing Openreach, no awkward "the broadband's not working" call to the agency office on day one. Three pricing models for portfolio owners; referral or revenue share for letting agents.

Day 1

Tenant gets the keys. Broadband's already on.

'Gigabit included' is now a standard rentable amenity in BTR/PRS — tenants expect connectivity on move-in day. We won't promise a uplift number (it depends on location, unit class and marketing); we promise the bit we control: the line is live before the tenant arrives, with zero engineer visits after pre-wire.

01Who we wire

Six property types. Same playbook.

Pre-wire is the same physical install regardless of tenure model. The pricing model — included-amenity, revenue-share, or wholesale — flexes per archetype. Pick the closest match below.

Build-to-Rent

200–800-unit BTR towers, single freeholder. Pre-wire at hand-over, every flat lit on day one. Marketed as 'gigabit included' to drive let-up.

Student PBSA

Per-room SSIDs, captive portal, dispute-proof bandwidth allocation. Bulk-billed to the operator; tenants don't see a bill at all.

HMO + co-living

5–20-bed houses, multiple tenancies. One backbone connection, mesh-Wi-Fi per floor, individual logins. Tenant churn doesn't touch you.

Multi-dwelling units

4-flat conversions to 400-unit developments. Single ONT per building, fibre risers in every stairwell, ONT-per-flat for ethernet purists.

Holiday lets + Airbnb

Guest-WiFi captive portal, content filtering, per-stay reset, GDPR-compliant data capture for marketing follow-up.

Serviced apartments

Hotel-standard guest WiFi with PMS integration, per-room billing, premium-tier upgrades sold by the front desk.

Live quote · by building

Price the line into your building.

Pre-wire needs a fat, SLA-backed feed into the comms room before you split it across the units. Drop the building's postcode, pick the address, and pull live leased-line quotes for that exact site — speeds, terms, monthly and install all in. Save what you want; we won't chase you — come back to us with the reference when you're ready to order. Prices ex VAT. No order placed online.

  5. ex VAT

Wondering whether one shared line really beats thirty consumer broadband contracts? The honest case — tenant happiness, the economics, how the split actually works — is on shared leased lines for MDUs.

02Letting agent partnership

Tenant arrives. Broadband already on.

Letting agents — partner with us and we'll have the broadband live in each let before the tenant moves in. No Day-1 fault calls to the agency office. Branded handover. Referral fee or revenue share — whichever fits your volume.

Live by the move-in date

Submit the let through the agency portal once tenancy's signed; we order, install + activate before the keys hand over. Tenant arrives, scans the QR on the welcome card, online in minutes — no Day-1 broadband phone call to your office.

Branded handover

Welcome card + tenant journey carry your agency's logo (optional white-label on the captive portal). Reads as part of your service, not a third-party upsell. We're behind the curtain; you're the brand on the door.

Referral fee or revenue share

Two channel options. Flat referral fee per activated let, paid monthly. OR ongoing revenue share for the life of each tenancy — bigger if you've got volume. We model both at sign-up so you pick the one that fits your tenancy mix.

How the channel runs

Three steps from agreement to live tenancy.

  1. 01
    Sign the agency partnership

One-page agreement covering the channel — referral fee or revenue share, white-label level, reporting cadence. No exclusivity. No volume commitment.

  2. 02
    Submit lets via the portal

When a tenancy's signed, the negotiator drops the address + tenant contact into the agency portal. We pre-order the line, schedule the install, and book the activation for the day before move-in.

  3. 03
Tenant moves in to a working line

Welcome card in the property: QR + tariff options. Tenant scans, picks a tier (or accepts the default included one), broadband is live before the kettle's plugged in. Your agency name on the comms.

03Pricing models

Three ways to get paid. Pick by portfolio.

Most landlords go revenue-share — zero capex, ongoing income, zero broadband-support workload. BTR with strong amenity branding goes included. Holiday lets / serviced apartments go wholesale for the higher per-unit margin. Letting agents who don't own buildings can still earn via the channel above.

Included amenity

Marketed-as-included, tenants don't see a bill

Fixed monthly per-unit, paid by the landlord. Tenants get gigabit on move-in, no sign-up. Marketed alongside parking, gym, concierge.

Best for

BTR, PBSA, premium developments

Most popular

Revenue share

Tenants self-serve; landlord earns a per-unit share — modelled at sign-up

Pre-wire at zero capex. Tenants order Giant direct, you take a share of every monthly bill. Most popular — no upfront, ongoing income.

Best for

Mid-market BTR + larger MDUs

Wholesale

Buy bandwidth at cost, mark up + bill tenants

You buy a single business-broadband line, we install internal Wi-Fi, you charge tenants whatever you like. Most landlord margin per unit.

Best for

Holiday lets, serviced apartments, small HMOs

Hybrid arrangements are common — included-amenity ground-floor units, revenue-share on the rest. Talk to us about what fits your tenure mix.

Pre-wire · what's actually installed

Six bits of kit.
Done once.

The physical install. We handle the lot end-to-end — fibre into the building, risers up the stairwells, ONT in every flat, optional mesh-WiFi, monitoring, the whole stack. You sign the wayleave and let us in for an afternoon.

  • Fibre to the comms cabinet

Single fibre into the comms room, redundant if multi-network access exists. Up to 10 Gbps backbone.

  • Riser cabling

OS2 single-mode fibre + Cat6a copper through every stairwell, pre-terminated to each floor's secondary cabinet.

  • ONT per unit

Optical network terminal in each flat — no shared bandwidth, no contention with neighbours, ethernet socket on the wall.

  • Mesh Wi-Fi 6

Optional per-flat mesh nodes for blanket Wi-Fi-6 coverage. Can be bundled in or self-installed by the tenant.

  • Building uplink redundancy

Diverse-pair option for BTR / PBSA at scale — two fibre paths, separate carriers, BGP failover at the building cabinet.

  • Building monitoring

We monitor uplink + per-unit health 24/7. Alerts to your facilities team when anything's off, before tenants ring.

Per-building spec

04Tenant move-in day

Get keys at 09:00. Online by 09:10.

The whole point of the pre-wire. Tenants don't deal with broadband at all — they scan a QR, pick a tariff, the line lights up remotely. You're not in the broadband-support business; we are.

    Step 01Move-in day

    Tenant gets keys

Welcome pack includes the building's broadband sticker — Wi-Fi network name, QR code, postcode for the order form.

    Step 02Move-in day

    Scan + order online

Tenant scans the QR, lands on Giant's order form pre-filled with the building's postcode + flat number. Picks a tariff. 60 seconds.

Step 03Move-in day, ~5 min later

    Activated remotely

We provision the ONT in their flat from our control panel. No engineer visit. No knock-on-the-door. They plug their router in and they're online.

    Step 04Same day

    Tenant in flat, online

First connect typically inside 10 minutes of order. They tweet 'finally a landlord that gets it'. You collect another revenue-share unit.

05Pre-wire process

Postcode Monday. Wired in 30 days.

The five steps from 'give us your address list' to 'building's live'. Heavy-civils sites stretch the wayleave step; new-build estates with fibre already in the comms cabinet are sometimes inside two weeks.

    01Day 0–2

    Postcode + portfolio survey

Send us your address list. We check fibre proximity, identify wayleave needs, flag civils risk. Inside 48h: pre-quote.

    02Day 3–8

    On-site survey

Engineer walks the building, plans entry point + riser routing, measures the comms room. Concrete quote inside 5 working days.

    03Day 8–60

    Wayleave + civils

Where required: landlord wayleave signed (you, with us), council permits filed, civils crew booked. Often the longest single step.

    04Day 0–10 (post-wayleave)

    Pre-wire install

Carrier install team pulls fibre, terminates in the comms room, runs risers, fits ONTs. Typically 2–10 working days depending on unit count.

    05Day 1

    Building handover + portal

Building goes live. Landlord portal access set up. Marketing toolkit (window stickers, welcome packs, flat-mailers) shipped.

Step 03 (wayleave + civils) is the variable. Our survey-stage quote tells you which band you'll land in, with an honest estimate of the longest-pole step.

06Landlord portal

One dashboard. Per building, per portfolio.

What you see after the building's live. Per-flat uptake, monthly revenue-share statement, real-time uplink health, tenant move-in / move-out triggers. No support tickets, no Excel scraping.

Per-flat occupancy + uptake

See which flats have tenants, which are signed up to Giant, which haven't ordered yet. Helps prompt slow movers.

Revenue-share statement

Monthly statement of revenue-share earnings, paid to your nominated account. Itemised per unit.

Uplink + unit health

Real-time status of building uplink + per-unit ONT. Alerts to your facilities mailing list when anything goes amber.

Tenant move-in / move-out

Trigger automatic email + SMS to incoming tenants with the WiFi sticker info. Auto-archive accounts when leases end.

48h

Quote turnaround. From a postcode + unit count.

Send us the address list and unit counts. We come back inside 48 working hours with a per-building quote, fibre-proximity map, and the pricing-model recommendation. No salesperson rolodex, no 'we'll be in touch'.

07FAQ

Real questions, honest answers.

Depends on size, civils, wayleave. Typical ranges: 20-flat conversion £8–15k, 50-unit MDU £15–35k, 200-unit BTR £40–100k. Often zero if you go revenue-share — we eat the install cost in exchange for taking a share of tenant revenue. See pricing models. Quote inside 48h of postcode + unit count.

Landlords: 48h to a wiring plan, per-unit price, and the model that fits your tenure mix. Letting agents: same turnaround on the partnership terms — referral or revenue share, your call. Giant TV will be coming through the same wire when it launches.
