Multi-tenant by design

Every reseller account is a top-level tenant — your own customers, your own number ranges, your own routing rules. Cross-tenant access is impossible by architecture, not just policy.

Encrypted by default

TLS for SIP signalling, SRTP for media, OAuth2 scoped tokens for the API. Call recordings + CDR encrypted at rest. Provisioning modules ship ionCube-encoded so your reseller credentials never end up in browseable PHP.

Real-time billing API

Per-call CDR pushed to your webhook within seconds of cleardown. Margin calculated on ingest using your published rate-deck. Reconciles to the penny against monthly invoices.

The voice platform exposed via a JSON-first API + signed webhook event stream. No screen-scraper, no nightly CSV import, no Excel-via-email reconciliation. Lights-out ops by default.

SIP trunking

Reseller-tier SIP trunks with elastic concurrency. UK + international termination via tier-1 carriers. STIR/SHAKEN attestation passed through end-to-end. Failover routing per-trunk.

Hosted seats

Per-seat hosted PBX provisioning — extension, voicemail, hunt groups, IVR, time-of-day routing, 75+ features. Provision via API; the customer's first SIP REGISTER lights it up.

DID provisioning

UK + international number allocation through one API. Local geographics (every UK area code), 0330 / 0800 non-geo, mobile (07x) for SIP-to-mobile, plus international DIDs across a wide range of countries.

Call recording + CDR

Optional encrypted call recording per-trunk or per-seat, retention windows you set per-tenant. CDR streams via webhook for real-time billing or batch CSV export for accounting.

White-label mobile app

VoiceCloud iOS + Android app re-skinned with your branding — your logo, your colour scheme, your app-store listing. End-users see you, not Giant. Bundled at the seat tier.

Live rate-deck

Per-destination wholesale rates updated weekly, exportable as CSV / JSON / PDF. Build your retail markup on top, push back to your billing system via the API. No surprises at month-end.

Webhook-first ops

Provisioning, port-completion, fault-raised, CDR ingest, fraud-flag — all push as signed webhooks to your endpoints. Resellers run lights-out ops without polling.

Geo-redundant SBCs

First, security posture — voice paths are encrypted in transit (TLS + SRTP), call data is encrypted at rest, and the provisioning modules ship ionCube-encoded, all by default rather than behind a paywall.
