Four colours, used loud.
Giant green is the one — everywhere a logo would be coloured, use this. The audience colours are accent overrides used inside the relevant audience pages only.

Type: Poppins (display, weights 500–900), Roboto (body, 400/500/700), JetBrains Mono (numeric / mono labels). Reference how they pair on the live site — most marketing slabs use Poppins-Black uppercase H1s with Roboto bodies and JetBrains-Mono eyebrows.
Pull-quote-ready lines.
The lines we lead with. Lift any of these directly into copy — they're our public stand.
- Tagline (canonical)
"Big enough to deliver. Small enough to actually answer the phone."

"Full fibre. Full volume."

"We do the breaking up."
Free to lift - Home phone repositioning
"Drop the copper. Keep the ring."

"Any change comes with 30 days' notice in plain English — and the right to exit penalty-free."

Angles worth a story.
If you're scoping a piece on UK telecoms / consumer-rights / fibre / AI in SMB / infrastructure transparency, here's where Giant has something fresh to say. Happy to go deeper on any — email [email protected].
Independent ISP fighting CPI+ pricing
Giant publishes mid-contract price-change policy in plain English and gives customers the right to exit penalty-free — counter to the industry standard CPI+3.9% auto-bump. Consumer-rights angle.
Giant Mobile launch (preorder)
Own-brand mobile launching alongside existing multi-network MVNO. Killer feature: SIP-to-SIM, which attaches VoiceCloud extensions to a physical SIM so business desk-DDIs ring the mobile natively.
One Touch Switch — done loudly
Ofcom mandated OTS in Sep 2024. Giant builds it into the order flow and markets it explicitly ("We do the breaking up") rather than burying it in compliance copy.
Guardian launch — free network-level filtering
Launched Aug 2026. Off / Standard / Family levels — malware, phishing and optional adult-content filtering — bundled free on every broadband and leased-line plan. Rare in a market where BT / Sky / Virgin charge for parental controls or partner it out to a third party.
Horizon — 'we watch, you decide' upgrade alerts
Launched Aug 2026 alongside Guardian. Horizon runs quietly on every Giant Broadband service, watching the customer's address for new networks, faster tiers, symmetric-upload availability and better-value packages — then emails when a meaningful upgrade lands. Notify-only. Free. Consumer-rights + PSTN-2027 hook: contrast with providers who only mention upgrades at contract-end (or auto-migrate off copper without asking).
UK-specific phishing threat feeds
Giant sees UK phishing waves — fake HMRC 'tax rebate', spoof Royal Mail 're-delivery', DVLA impersonators — hit its own network first. Threat data is UK-current, not the generic global blocklists most consumer routers ship with. Fraud / cyber-desk angle.
Live public network map
/about/network publishes PoP locations, per-device up/down, uptime, and a live-polling aggregate transit graph — pulled from Giant's monitoring platform in real time. Few UK ISPs publish this openly. Transparency / infrastructure angle.
8 Gbps symmetric, outside London
Giant retails Netomnia's XGS-PON 8 Gbps symmetric tier across Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North East — faster than most London full-fibre retail tops out. Regional speed-leadership angle: multi-gig broadband isn't just a capital-city story any more.
AI voice-agent for UK small business
AI receptionist inside the VoIP stack — answers, triages, and books work for small businesses that can't staff a 24/7 phone line. Priced at the SME level, not enterprise. Tech / SMB-productivity angle.
No copper-to-fibre auto-migration
When full fibre reaches a copper customer's postcode, Giant notifies them — they choose whether and when to upgrade. Contrasts with Openreach retailers who auto-migrate customers off copper to hit the switch-off timeline. Consumer-choice angle around the 2027 PSTN switch-off.
Direct peering with game publishers
Giant peers directly with Blizzard, Activision and Ubisoft — reducing latency to Battle.net, CoD and Siege servers vs an ISP that transits everything via generic peering. Gaming / esports / tech-press angle.
Multi-carrier, not married to Openreach
Giant sells across Openreach, Netomnia, CityFibre, LCR Connect, Trooli, OFNL, Community Fibre, Freedom Fibre — chooses the fastest / most reliable line per postcode instead of defaulting to whatever wholesale contract's cheapest. Coverage / alt-net-market angle.
