Single index of every end-customer under your reseller account. Filter by service, by region, by margin. Drill into per-customer history.

Services

Every active broadband / VoIP / mobile / number across the estate. Bulk actions — suspend, swap-tier, port-out — across many at once.

Usage

Live data across mobile + broadband. Per-customer + per-service + estate-wide. CSV export, scheduled email reports.

Billing

Monthly invoice from us, per-customer cost breakdown. Use as cost-of-goods for your own billing system (WHMCS / GoCardless / custom).

If you've fed us your retail prices, the portal shows your gross margin per customer + estate. Tells you which products are paying back.

Handle support tickets

Log into the portal as the customer's reseller, see their service state, fire off remote-fix actions (SIM re-issue, line re-attach, VoIP password reset).
