Wideband codec end-to-end when both endpoints support it (every VoiceCloud device does). Transparent fallback to a narrower codec on patchy mobile data — call stays up, just loses the sparkle until bandwidth recovers.
Encrypted recording at rest
Every recording AES-encrypted on disk; per-extension retention windows you set; access logged. Recordings export as MP3 + transcript PDF for SAR / SRA / DPA requests with no extra tooling.
Voicemail to email + transcript
Voicemail lands in your inbox as both an MP3 attachment AND an inline text transcript. Read it from the kitchen, skip the ones that don't need a callback. Auto-pushed to the CRM record where one matches.
Customisable on-hold service
Upload your own MOH track, mix in scheduled announcements ('did you know we now do…'), per-queue MOH so customers waiting for sales don't hear support's track. Royalty-free library included.
