How do I reset the router?

Pin-press the recessed button on the back for 10 seconds until all the lights go red. Wait two minutes — Wi-Fi will come back up with the credentials on the sticker.

I think my speed is slow.

Run a speed test from a wired laptop first (Wi-Fi capacities don't always match line capacity). If wired speed is below the lower-bound minimum on your tariff, log a ticket and we'll investigate.

How do I change my plan?

Either through the portal (log in, my services, change tariff) or by ringing us. No charge for upgrades; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

Can I take my number with me if I leave?

Yes — full porting rights. Request a PAC code via the portal and your new provider can take it across.
