Sky charges an ETF based on remaining minimum-term months. We handle the switch; the ETF is your settlement with Sky. Confirm your end date in MySky before pulling the trigger.

  • We complete the switch regardless. The ETF (if any) is your settlement with Sky, not us.
  • Months from contract end? Use our contract-end reminder — we'll ping you ~30 days before, exactly when penalty-free switching opens.
  • Already out of contract? Switch is instant — no ETF possible.

Sky's online account shows your contract end date. If you're inside the final 30 days, you can exit free. If you're months away, the ETF rolls down each month you stay — sometimes worth waiting, sometimes not.
