Full fibre deals.No CPI+3.9%.

The rate on the page is the rate on the bill. Held for the term. No hidden April auto-hikes.

No bait-and-switch intro rates. No mystery "first 3 months half price" that jumps back up. No CPI+3.9% clause that every other UK ISP quietly bakes into your 24-month contract. The deal is the transparency — postcode-check to see what's live and priced at your address.

No coverage yet? Mid-contract elsewhere? Join the waitlist or set a contract-end reminder — we'll ping you when it's the right moment to switch.

Postcode-check confirms tier availability + live pricing at your address.

01What makes it a deal

Four things every other UK ISP won't do.

The word 'deal' in this industry usually means a 3-month teaser rate + a hidden clause. Ours is what the competitors deliberately don't offer.

No CPI+3.9% mid-contract

The price you sign at is the price you pay. Not the BT / Sky / Virgin trick of auto-hiking every April by CPI plus 3.9%. Any change → 30 days' written notice + right to exit penalty-free.

30-day rolling available

Pick 30-day rolling, 1-year, or multi-year at sign-up. Longer commitment unlocks a lower monthly, but rolling exists on every plan — no 24-month hostage terms.

Router in the box

Zyxel DX3301 (up to 1 Gbps) or EE5301 (above 1 Gbps, 10G WAN) included on selected tariffs — no per-month rental fee, yours to keep after install. Or bring your own.

One Touch Switch handled

Leaving BT / Sky / Virgin / TalkTalk? We do the breakup. Ofcom One Touch Switch since 2024 means we handle the leaving call for you — no retention gauntlet.

02Current tiers

Live pricing, no gimmicks.

Pulled from the live network feed. Inc-VAT residential pricing. Postcode-check inside each tier confirms whether it's orderable at your specific address (some networks reach further than others).

03How we compare

Same speed. Less money. No catch.

900 Mbps full fibre against the household names. We're not the cheapest by accident — we just don't spend on stadium sponsorships.

£70–120

you don't pay in CPI+3.9% creep over 24 months.

BT / Sky / Virgin / TalkTalk / EE all bake CPI+3.9% into their contracts — a £39.99 plan drifts up ~£2–3/mo every April. Over 24 months that's £70–120 you didn't sign up for. Our price holds — the switch cost tool on /switch models exact numbers for your current provider.

03Transparency

What we mean by deal.

Because the industry uses the word to hide things, here's the plain-English version of what you're actually getting when you sign up with Giant.

The rate on the page

No 'starting from', no 'ex bundle'. What's shown is what you'll be charged monthly. VAT-inclusive for residential (per HMRC rules).

Held for the term

If you pick 24-month, that's the price for 24 months. If you pick 30-day, that's the price until we tell you otherwise (with 30 days' notice + exit right).

No 'first 3 months' games

We don't do bait-and-switch intro rates that jump after 3 months. Same reason we don't 'give' you free things — sustainable pricing beats theatre.

Cancel any time you have that right

30-day rolling = cancel with 30 days' notice, no fee. Longer terms = if we change the price mid-contract, you can exit free. Standard, not a favour.

What we won't do

No fake countdowns, no "hurry — 3 spots left in your area", no "was £X now £Y" theatre. The deal is the flat, honest ongoing price — nothing to expire because nothing was inflated to begin with.

One Touch Switch

We do the
breaking up.

Switching providers used to mean four phone calls and a row about cancellation fees. Not anymore. We tell your old supplier to do one — you don't even pick up the phone.

Pick a plan

Mandated by Ofcom since 12 Sep 2024 — but we still do it properly.

Step 015s

Pick your plan

Postcode → package → done. Takes about 5 seconds.

Step 020 calls

We deal with your old lot

BT, Sky, Virgin, TalkTalk, whoever. We send the cancellation code. You don't lift a finger.

Step 03~10 days

Seamless cutover

On switch day (~10 working days out) the new line lights up and the old one drops the same moment — no overlap, no double bills, no service gap.

The actual days

Order today. On Giant within two weeks.

Typical residential switch · Ofcom-mandated 10-day window
  1. Today

    You hit Order

Postcode confirmed. Plan picked. Engineer slot booked. Old provider notified — overnight.

  2. Day 5

    Letter goes out

Your old provider gets a regulator-mandated heads-up. They have 10 days to do nothing about it.

  3. Day 10

    Switch day

Engineer arrives. New line live. Old line drops the moment Giant lights up — no overlap, no gap.

  4. Day 14

    Done

Old provider's final bill closes. You're fully on Giant. Refund of overpaid days lands in 30.

04FAQ

Real questions, honest answers.

By design. The industry-standard 'deal' is a 3-month intro rate that jumps up, or a bundle that includes 'free' TV nobody watches — both of which reset when your contract renews to catch you off guard. Our version: the number on the page is what you pay, held for the term you signed at, no CPI+3.9% baked in. Boring beats gimmicks.

Postcode-check for real pricing.

Some tiers only reach specific networks. Postcode-check tells you which one your address is on and what the actual monthly is at your door.
