Giant API v2.0.1 Release

Giants’ telephony API grants many powerful tools to help users build upon the giant cloud VoIP platform by providing an extensive arsenal of API endpoints to automate many of our platforms features and telephony resource data-sets.

We have developed these tools to allow our end-customers and resellers increased flexibility and provide them with the opportunity to integrate seamlessly with giant and create their own software integrations, it is important to Giant to lower the bar for potential start-ups to hit the ground running with a rock-solid foundation to build upon to help them become more successful in the telephony space.

Your API credentials can now be found in the Giant Portal, You can view our API documentation from here, along with multiple API keys for both read/write privilages and read-only requests.

Here’s a brief overview of what you can expect from our general API endpoints.

General Feature List
UK & US phone numbering API
Retrieve a live list of available UK & US telephone numbers to add into your reseller calls or to integrate within your online checkout.
Basic Broadband Availability
GET the estimated broadand speed, product availability and UPRN data. Perfect for self-servicing customers.
Extended Broadband Availability
Retrieve results for some of the UKs’ largest broadband carriers, these products will be checked: ADSL, SoGEA & FTTP.

Along with the general overview, resellers now have an improved and simplified set of methods to work with and integrate within their existing systems.
