Experience Gaming Like Never Before

Are you tired of constant lag, buffering, and dropped connections spoiling your gaming fun? Say goodbye to all that. With our Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband, you’ll enjoy seamless online gaming with practically zero latency.

What’s latency? Think of it as the time it takes for your game controller’s action to reflect on your screen. With lower latency, you enjoy a smoother, more responsive gaming experience.

Why Choose Full Fibre Broadband?

Unlike traditional broadband that uses copper wires, our Full Fibre Broadband uses 100% fibre optic cables, right from the exchange to your home. This technology is the fastest internet available, offering incredible download and upload speeds, outpacing all its counterparts.

Whether you’re downloading the latest AAA game, live-streaming your epic gameplays, or competing in intense multiplayer battles, our ultrafast broadband ensures that your gaming adventures are lag-free and ultra-smooth.

Stay Ahead with Faster Download Speeds

Our Full Fibre Broadband offers download speeds of up to 1Gbps. What does this mean for you? You can download large game files, DLCs, and updates in just minutes or even seconds, instead of hours! Imagine being able to play your favourite new release on the day it comes out without the wait!

Compete with Confidence with Higher Upload Speeds

Great gaming isn’t just about download speeds. Upload speed is just as crucial, especially if you’re into competitive gaming or streaming.

With our ultrafast broadband, you can live-stream your games, share your victories, and connect with your audience without worrying about a shaky connection or poor video quality.

Suitable for All, Not Just Gamers

Of course, it’s not just gamers who benefit from our Ultrafast Full Fibre Broadband. It’s also perfect for families, professionals, and students. Enjoy flawless video calls, lightning-fast downloads, and buffer-free streaming of your favourite shows and movies.

Broadband FAQs

The launch of full fibre is ongoing across the UK, so it’s not available everywhere just yet. The process is moving quickly, and more and more homes are getting connected every day.
Check whether it’s available where you live by using our broadband checker and entering your UK post code code. Depending on where you live, you will be able to choose from Full Fibre packages.
Until Full Fibre is available in your area, we’ll show you what other broadband deals you can get, and you can sign up to hear when it’s available.

You won’t be able to make or receive incoming calls from the emergency services if you don’t have a landline phone. Broadband lets you have broadband without a landline.

A broadband connection gives you access to the internet and all that you can do online. Broadband is delivered to your home using fiber or copper cables. Check out our broadband deals page to see how much broadband you can get from us.
In addition to a wired Internet connection (via an Ethernet cable), you can also connect wirelessly (using your Wi-Fi). Wi-fi is the technology that allows you to get online wirelessly, with wi-fi enabled devices like smartphones, tablets and laptops.

If you have opted for Broadband only, you will not be able to retrieve your number. This will also apply if you switch providers.

They must be made on your mobile device. With Broadband only, you won’t have a dial tone and won’t be able to make calls on your landline. 999 calls, other emergency calls, and calls to premium numbers are included.

If you’ve chosen a Broadband-only plan, you won’t have a dial tone. You don’t have landline phone service because your package does not include it. Please call customer service from your mobile phone if you have a broadband package with us that includes a landline phone service and you do not have a dial tone. A customer service representative will assist you.

Fibre to the cabinet or ‘FTTC’ is the tried and tested standard superfast home fibre broadband technology that Giant communications, offers to it’s residential customers. Fibre broadband is sent through fibre optic cables from your nearest telephone exchange, to the green cabinet on your street which is then connected to your home over traditional copper lines. The maximum download speed FTTC can deliver is 80 megabits per second with a maximum upload speed of 20 megabits per second.

The latest technology we use is fibre to the premises (FTTP) which is the latest way Giant can reliably connect your lovely home to our expanding home broadband network. This is quickest way for us to connect your home address to our Lightning-fast network. Our superfast full fibre broadband allows you and your family to take full advantage the UK’s fastest internet speeds (upto 1 Gigabit per second). FTTP is rather new, you may have to wait until Openreach have upgraded your local network infrastructure before it’s available to you.
