Billing Portal:
The Giant billing portal has become the main place to allow you to view a quick overview of all of your Giant services, we’ve got a ton of great updates in the pipeline which will hopefully enhance our users’ capabilities when managing, upgrading or troubleshooting any of their communication services.
New number purchasing:
We’re pleased to announce that customers now can view and purchase additional numbers on anyone of their VoIP accounts, we’re pleased that we can offer an instantaneous provision of all things VoIP related without any input from our selves (of course, we’re always happy to help).
In Account automated Number porting and port status(s):
Need to bring over your current telephone number from a different provider? Giants’ got you covered with our built-in number porting UI which will ask you for all the required information to get your old phone number transferred to use on our system. You can also track the progress of your submitted number ports and we’ll even send you an email letting you know whether the port has either been rejected or completed!
Porting Form:
The porting form also comes equipped with a phone number portability checker which check to see which provider may have your current number.
SMS Sending & SMS Billing Engine:
In addition to announcing that the SMS billing engine has now gone live, we are also pleased to inform you that we will be able to offer outbound SMS delivery to any business or enterprise VoIP package (inbound is coming soon, we will notify you once the process is completed). It is possible to view previously sent text messages or send new SMS messages via the handy form we have provided for you. I would like to mention that there are also a number of complex automations that can be deployed based around this system, but more on that another time.
