Giant Communications Ltd is a UK-only ISP and telecoms provider founded in 2021, headquartered at 54 St James Street, Liverpool, L1 0AB. We operate multi-network full-fibre broadband (Openreach, CityFibre, Netomnia, FreedomFibre, LCR Connect), hosted VoIP, mobile + eSIM, business connectivity (broadband, leased lines, virtual landlines, mobile estates), and a wholesale platform for resellers. We do not use offshore call centres; UK customer support is on 0330 043 0056.
